Hello!
My Practice
I created Ocean View Therapy, a private-pay virtual practice, to prioritize your privacy while offering flexible, convenient care. No data mining here. Confidentiality is the backbone of therapy, ensuring you can explore your thoughts and emotions safely. Your privacy matters and therapy should protect it.
The ocean inspires the heart of this practice and our work in therapy. Standing at the shore offers perspective, while its depths reflect the complexity of our thoughts, emotions, and experiences.
What I’m Like As A Therapist
I bring warmth, curiosity, and authenticity to create a space where you feel seen, understood, and supported. As a Native American woman, military spouse, and transplant from New England, I understand resilience, transitions, and the importance of honoring your unique story.
As a systems therapist, I help translate what’s happening and why. I help you explore the patterns, relationships, and environments that shape you and your life. Our work together focuses on insight, meaningful shifts, and sustainable growth. Therapy is a space for reflection and discovery, like noticing the beauty above and below the waves.

Life Outside the Office
When I’m not meeting with clients, you’ll probably find me outside, getting lost in a book, or exploring things around town. I love slow mornings, meaningful conversations, and finding little moments of balance when I can. You might even catch my dog napping quietly off-screen, or eager for her end-of-session “w-a-l-k.” She’s a little reminder of rest and routine.
The Heart Behind My Work
Becoming an LMFT felt like a natural way to combine empathy, curiosity, and belief in growth into a career that helps others feel less alone. My own experiences as a client showed me the power of feeling fully seen and supported in a confidential space. Seeing how venture capital, private equity startups and AI are influencing much of the therapy world, reinforced the importance of protecting client’s most private thoughts and feelings. I wanted to offer that same secure, confidential experience to others, here.
