I currently see clients Monday-Friday 7am-3pm PST. This means that my last appointment of the day is 2pm PST. I also see some clients on Sunday mornings when available to support accessibility.

I provide virtual therapy sessions (telehealth) to individuals and couples. I usually work with clients who are navigating work-related stress, anxiety, relationship issues, life transitions, and personal growth.

In your first session, I’ll get to know you, explore your current challenges, and discuss your goals for therapy. You’ll leave with a sense of how sessions will work and what kind of support you can expect moving forward.

Most clients begin with weekly sessions to start, which can help build momentum, though the schedule can be based on your needs, availability, and goals.

A computer, tablet, or smartphone with a camera and microphone, plus a stable internet connection, is all that’s needed. Sessions are conducted through a secure platform, and I provide guidance if you’re unfamiliar with online therapy technology.

My practice is currently a cash pay practice, which means I do not bill insurance and payment is paid by the client at time of service. However, many clients are able to submit receipts for reimbursement or out-of-network benefits, depending on your insurance plan. Detailed Superbills can also be provided for easy submission to your insurance company. More about this here.

Call the number on the back of your insurance card and ask if you have out-of-network mental health benefits for virtual psychotherapy. Most PPO plans offer out-of-network benefits. Allowing you to select the provider you want.

Out-of-network (OON) services offer more personalized care, greater privacy, flexibility, and choice. Most PPOs offer OON benefits. This allows you to work with the therapist who feels like the best fit for you.

Acceptable payments are debit/credit cards and HSA/FSA cards. More about this here.

Payment is due at time of service. Services may not be rendered if payment has not been received. Any outstanding balance must be paid in full before scheduling another session.

Cancellations require at least 48 hours’ notice. All appointments canceled with less than 48 hours’ notice are subject to the full cash pay session rate. Providing advance notice allows time to offer the appointment to someone on the waiting list or to a client who may be in need of additional support.

Individual 50-minute session: $180
Couples 50-minute session: $200
*Sliding scale sessions are available on a limited basis to help make therapy more accessible. Availability depends on open sliding scale slots, and rates are determined collaboratively based on need and resources. Please ask to apply if interested.
